SMART Yoga : Designed to improve your flexibility and support recovery between CORE workouts.

ZUMBA: Dance Cardio Class. Male and Female. All levels.
STRONG by Zumba: HIIT synched to music. Instructor: Joyi Rhyss. Members free; non members donation suggested.

FreeStylePass: Use of gym 24/7 when classes not offered. Open to Peak Level only. Daily class program on white board. No coaches. Request gate lock code.
